Once again Steg Plumbing to the rescue! Always has the solution. Very courteous and knowledgeable! Can't imagine using anyone else!
I have used Steg two different times and I have been very pleased. First go around they fixed our water heater. Second go around they installed a water softener and a sump pump. Our tech David was super nice, extremely knowledgable, and very professional. He let me watch over his shoulder a bit so I could learn a few things. Also gave me a bunch of great tips. Always on time and done in a timely manner. Cant say enough good things about Steg and the work they have done for me. Thank you.
I always say it's how a business handles an issue that tells a great deal about them. Today, I received a call from Steg Plumbing because we had to call them out to our home over the weekend. They wanted to let me know they inadvertently overcharged me and had issued a refund. I would have never known, and they could have kept the additional funds, but they didn't. That speaks VOLUMES to me. So I am giving them a HUGE shout out today!
Kudos to Steg Plumbing for standing behind their installation and honoring a warranty even when the manufacturer refused. I wholeheartedly recommend Steg Plumbing, but I'm not to keen on AO Smith water heaters anymore.
