We were patients for almost a decade. Had a close relationship with our doctor who I️ will miss. The last 5 years we’ve waited 1 hour plus to see a doctor. No communication with nurses. No real I’m sorry for the waits. They just expect you to wait an hour + every time. It used to be run like a well oiled machine. Now? It’s terrible. I️ feel like all pediatricians & nurses are pretty awesome. But this is not a well run business at all. So after finding out 99% of my friends wait 5-15 minutes to be seen by a doctor.. Dr. McPherson is absolutely wonderful. She is a great communicator and offers so much more than most doctors.
