I do not recommend Dr. Naheed Rahman at Steeplechase Pediatrics. I personally feel she doesn't care for her patients. Here's my story. My son has been a patient of doctor Rahmans since birth. He is 4 years old now. From July 2019 to October 2019 he was ill with several different kinds of "viral/bacterial infections". Most were targeting his ears, tonsils and adenoids. RecommendedAwesome staff, wonderful doctors! All 3 locations have been so accommodating and have taken such great care of my kids for the last 4 years, including a referral out for surgery when my son was just a few weeks old. That could have been horrible for me, but Dr. Herman was incredible!
We were patients for almost a decade. Had a close relationship with our doctor who I️ will miss. The last 5 years we’ve waited 1 hour plus to see a doctor. No communication with nurses. No real I’m sorry for the waits. They just expect you to wait an hour + every time. It used to be run like a well oiled machine. Now? It’s terrible. I️ feel like all pediatricians & nurses are pretty awesome. But this is not a well run business at all. So after finding out 99% of my friends wait 5-15 minutes to be seen by a doctor.. Very pleasant facility to take my children too.
My kids are always seen in a timely manner. Dr. Farrah Mamedov is excellent. She is always extremely attentive, polite, and great with my children. I highly recommend her & steeplechase:)
