I moved into the apartments in June of 2017. The office staff was friendly and helped me with all of my initial needs. Let's get heavy hitting questions out of the way first: how is the community? If you are considering living here please think it through! Do a quick search on knoxville crime as well. Everything breaks constantly, drawers never stay on railings, they didn't renew our lease after paying ahead every month and never being late. After the non renewal they fed us some of the stupidest reasons for it. The drugs are seriously bad here, feel free to contact me for the video. If you want to live in literal sewage (human fecal matter) for 3 days with no communication or solution- this is the place for you. Don't worry! It's "nothing to get worked up about!"

They seem to screw over tenants every chance they get at lease renewal, for no rational reason. WHY??? Is collecting rent for an apartment not a sufficient business model for you? Is the staff having a bad day and they decide to take it out on the residents? Please explain.
I have lived here for going on almost two years and I have had issues but Meredith has always tried to resolve them as soon as they arise. I like the pool, volleyball and tennis court but I love the dog park. My pup loves going to the dog park. This has been my main complaint but over the past few months I have seen a vast improvement in the dog park which I deeply appreciate. I guess the only thing I can think to improve it is maybe a basketball hoop for the kids.
