Please save yourself the time and DO NOT live here. Worst decision I’ve ever made. The management changes just about every month and no matter who is in there, maintenance requests do not get taken care of. And on top of that it takes 10+ calls to get anyone to answer and you’re greeted with rudeness every time. My dishwasher, stove and AC have broken countless times and the maintenance spends maybe 30 minutes “fixing” the issue for it to break again a week later. The owners are awful to work with. The apartments are old and not taken care of. The grass is overgrown and never gets mowed. The roads are run down. During this COVID-19 time not a single update on the facilities that we have been paying for. DO NOT rent from these people, they are money hungry and WILL NOT work with you. Awful service. 1 out of 10 review. That’s all.

This place has consistently attempted to charge me into the thousands for issues which are straight up fabricated. Now, even months after I have moved out and taken countless screenshots of my account showing a 0 balance and receiving confirmation from staff that I have paid all of my bills, I am receiving collections calls stating I still owe them about $900.
