Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Experience. Stay Away. I’ve never been this angry or disappointed with a dealership in my life. Yesterday I made an appointment in the morning to see a used car, and they even texted me 30 minutes before my appointment to confirm that I was still coming. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism at Hyundai Steele. We had an appointment booked well in advance for today, and our tires were ordered back in September through Ami. We even received a text reminder yesterday confirming our appointment. We came in today, sat and waited for two hours, only to be told that our tires were not even there. I got a recall notice on September so I called to steel Hyundai. before I gave my car to show room in October ,it’s working well and good . After complete recall service from showroom I took my car and start driving to my home , but surprisingly car stopped in middle of the highway after going only 20kms . So I called them back and told them what happened. They said they were replaced fuse ( connector)which connects to battery to fuel line .
