I had a terrible experience with Steele Collision in Dartmouth. My vehicle was not properly inspected, and when I got it back, it was clear that the repairs were not done correctly. On top of that, they took much longer than expected to complete the job. The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked professionalism, making the entire process frustrating. Back in June of last year my 2014 ford escape was involved in an accident damaging the right rear of my vehicle. They had my vehicle for over 6 months and gave me little to no updates on how my vehicle was doing. After being involved in a collision Steele Collision Halifax was there for me. The door of my car wouldn't open because of the damage and there was a 3.5 month wait time for repair. They helped out because they care and got my door to open again for the time being. They did a good job repairing the vehicle as well.
