Even when I showed the email confirmation for my appointment, the old lady at the counter still refused to take my car for repair estimate, she was a little rude and discriminatory, when she saw the name of my insurance adjuster that it’s a non Canadian name, she referred to her as my friend. Shame on you and your age, can’t even tell you to grow up.
