I cannot say enough how much this place has helped me the past few days. Dr. Arevalo is the nicest, most professional physician I have ever met...bedside manner is impeccable. I unfortunately had a minor surgical procedure that he performed that needs continuous care every day and he has just taken care of me so well. His staff is super friendly, well maintained and eventhough I have been in there everyday the past 4 days they still call and check on me after I leave. Excellent service & experience. The whole staff was prompt, knowledgable, and kind. The doctor on site was very friendly and walked me through getting stitches for my finger. He explained every step of the procedure, told me exactly how to care for my injury, and when to return. I will most definitely be back if I ever need medical care.

In the past I've gone to UPMC Shadyside Urgent Care, but this is definitely where I will go in the future. So amazingly clean and absolutely every staff person was polite and kind. Doctor was great. Staff called the next day. So happy to have a closer more convenient place.
I went to Steel Valley Express Care last week and was so impressed by the entire process. The building is beautiful. The receptionist is friendly. I was taken back without a wait. The medical technician was friendly and quick. The doctor came in shortly afterwards and address all my questions. I mentioned they were low on toilet paper and when I went back in a few minutes later, it was already changed. There was a follow-up call with lab results and to see how I was doing a few days later.
