Great HVAC contractor – I contacted Steve from Steel T for a quote on a basement finish (about 2,000 sq ft). Steve promptly met me the next day and the day after that I had a quote in hand. I requested some custom work, which was not a problem for them. When I got to the point where it was HVAC time, they scheduled a date with me and showed up exactly on time. State of the art professionals – We are a custom home builder and have used Steel T Heating and Air for the past couple of years. Great company to work with – I have worked with Steel T Heating for over six years. They have installed new systems and provided service for me on projects ranging from small remodels to high end custom homes. You will not find a company that is more knowledgeable in their industry or who provides better service and value. I could not recommend them more.

Have used and referred many times – We have used Steel T several times for our own home, (new furnace, a/c checks etc.) and have referred them many times to friends, and clients. Steve and his crew have always been extremely professional and helpful in every situation. This is a family owned business, and not only run their company with high ethics, but we have also seen them give back to their communities on many different levels! Highly recommended!

Great Experience – Their office staff was great and scheduled me quickly. They called to let me know the technician was on his way and he was on time. Fixed my problem and explained the charges up front before the repair was made so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Steel-T-Heating to anyone with a heating or air conditioning issue.

Steel-T : Total lack of professionalism – I called Steel-T on Aug 27, to get a quote on a new air-conditioner system for my house. "Steve" there made an appointment for Aug 30. Steve was 1/2 hour late for the appointment. He didn't even spend 10 minutes looking at my house, then said he would have to research the right coil to use for the ductwork I have. I expected, based on several other HVAC companies I contacted, to get a quote immediately, or at least within 2 days. Instead, I was totally blown off by Steel-T. I called ... read more
