Great Experience – Their office staff was great and scheduled me quickly. They called to let me know the technician was on his way and he was on time. Fixed my problem and explained the charges up front before the repair was made so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Steel-T-Heating to anyone with a heating or air conditioning issue.
Steel-T : Total lack of professionalism – I called Steel-T on Aug 27, to get a quote on a new air-conditioner system for my house. "Steve" there made an appointment for Aug 30. Steve was 1/2 hour late for the appointment. He didn't even spend 10 minutes looking at my house, then said he would have to research the right coil to use for the ductwork I have.
