After leaving a CrossFit place I used to frequent, I became a member at Steel Edge. I genuinely enjoy coming here to work out. One of the reasons I like this gym is that the owners is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. Another reason is that they prioritize warm-up and stretching before workouts. I appreciate this because it prevents injuries by ensuring we’re warm and prepared. Excellent CrossFit box. Professional coaches, motivating atmosphere, and always challenging workouts. What I love most is that they’re constantly innovating, so it never feels repetitive. 100% recommended.

I recently took a class at Steel Edge CrossFit, and I have to say, it was a great experience! Alberto was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially since it was my first time there. He really encouraged me to "dig deeper," which I learned is a motto at the gym. I thought it was not only motivating but also a fun and catchy phrase that really captured the energy of the place.

I've been to most of the time slots and every single coach there is amazing. The camaraderie and the people are even better. Kris And Laura run the place and make it feel like home. I can actually say I enjoy walking into the place every day. Definitely my family.
