Exceptionally helpful! Brian came to my business to hitch up my plow which was giving me some trouble. I then took it to the shop for a little check up. All staff are friendly and considerate. Highly recommended!!
3/27/16 - I want to update my experience with Steel City Mower and Plow. Bryan Smith from Steel City reached out to me to correct an issue I had. This was something Bryan didn't have to do, but did. He went more than out of his way to make things right. I was extremely impressed with this, and due to this, have returned, and will continue to be their customer. Thank you Bryan, for going above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction. 5 stars!

I would not take my equipment to this company to get fixed. They took two weekS to fix my mowers when they said it would take 2 days (during which i made servale phone calls to check on their progress and at one point was told that they didnt know where my mowers were). They also had my tractor for several days and when I got it back, not only had they used all the gas in it and added 10 hrs running time by having it idle, but they had not fixed the coil they were supposed to and told me there was nothing wrong with it!
