Could not have been more satisfied with the service provided by Stedfast Heat and Air, more specifically Sevice Tech, Keith. My AC went out on a Friday afternoon. I called and received same day service. Keith was waiting on me when I arrived home from work and stayed after hours to make sure me AC was back in service. Not only did he service my AC system, he was very informative on what the issue was and also suggested I get my AC system balanced to more efficiently cool the house. AC stopped... called the big boys and they couldn't get out for four days... called Steadfast and they called back immediately. Will the technician called and was able to diagnose the problem on the phone. He arrived very quickly and indeed it was the capacitor he had diagnosed... and he had the part in his truck. Our AC service was restored within 30 minutes. Needless to say Steadfast will be servicing our AC now... and the big boys can simply lose a potential customer.
