They were able to come and fix our a/c within a few hours of calling. The service professional was kind and fixed the a/c quickly.
Will came to my home after my air had stopped cooling and quickly determined that my unit had "frozen up" because I had forgotten to change my filter. The guys were great. they unfroze my unit, serviced it and got my house cool again. The also signed me up to have filters delivered to my home and are coming out again in the fall to service again. The guys were very professional and courteous and they liked my dogs. Great job Stedfast!
I this morning in a panic my ac unit had froze up late last night, the technician called me right back and explained where he was and how long it would be before he was finished there and would call when he was on his way. As stated he called was about 30 minutes away. When he got to our home he checked everything, then fixed the unit and was gone by 11. I was very impressed with him. Thank you

Outstanding young man, Bobby H. Could not find the problem, it could have been a problem from the factory. He was here yesterday and charged our unit (5lb's), the unit is only 9 months old, back today, great job at checking everything that could be a leak. Would not have a problem having him back.
