Not sure if it were Bryan or Stephan who serviced our unit this time, but as always the service techs are very friendly. They do a good job, and always clean up there mess Iif any). One thing not realated to the techs is I would really like having the removal of the leaves, etc accumulated inside the unit on the service list. Stedfast is a great company, and have always kept their word.

Our heat and air system had not been checked in several years. Set up appointment with Stedfast and they were there on time. Will C. the service tech was very informative and polite and knowledgeable. Told us we had the wrong type thermostat for our system and had been using the emergency heat to heat our house instead of the heat pump feature. Should be quite a saving this year in our heating bill. Thanks for a job well done.
