55$ to for this job, I could have done it myself and it would have been better. I ask them specifically to "clean completely my ring", asking them if they can clean the whole black. The green part wasn't present when I gave it to them. Well, I find my ring not so clean, with a side better than the other one, and with a nice green oxydation. "You need to ask to remove the oxydation if you want it done" she says. Great. 55$ wasted for a bad job. Not thank you.
Needing a repair on an item, I popped into Stearns Showcase Jewellers where I was greeted by very friendly staff. I explained the situation and they told me that the repair could be done by lunchtime the next day. Happy with this information, I left. I went in early the next day and I saw Lyn, who was full of smiles, friendly banter and enthusiasm. She let me know that the repair was done. Earlier than I expected too.
