I would not recommend this service to anyone. My insurance company did not pay because of a city backup and steamway agreed to take payments of 250. 00 per month. They took anywhere from 750.00 to 2000.00 each month without notice. A 7100.00 bill for 2 days of work ended costing Me 7500.00 in 7 months on top of that they took over 2000 dollars of wood trim that was good and they are very slow. Very professional staff on three different cleaning projects at our house. Cleaned all ductwork to remove saw dust from prior owner, did a perfect job. Cleaned dryer vent duct and it was packed full of lint. Again a perfect job and clean up. Finally a water line break clean up again was immediate in their response and dried up the moisture in record time and left our home dry like new. Highly recommend their services to everyone.
I always love it when the guys from Steamway come clean the carpets! I briefly forget how especially dirty a 140# Newfoundland dog can be :) I am especially glad when we get assigned to Russ - he does such a great job and I'm always happy to welcome him into our home. THANK YOU!
