excellent food - Texas cannonball dessert is excellent
I had forgotten how great Steamboat House is! We had 7 in our Fathers’ Day dinner party and each person very much enjoyed their entrees. The seafood was fresh and the steaks cooked perfectly. Great wine list and yummy selection of desserts. Excellent service, too.
Great staff and delicious food.
Just had an amazing meal at Steamboat Steak House in Houston. The rich and awesome history of TX is on all the walls. Our server Johnathan was a history buff and really made the night. If you aren't from TX it is worth heading down for so much more than food. He took us on a quick tour inside the dining room too. I ordered the seafood trio and added a lobster tail. RecommendedWe hosted our son's and now daighter in-law's rehearsal dinner at the Steamboat House in the Log Cabin Room and it was wonderful! Senie made everything so easy and was in so quick to respond to any email. All of the guest commented on the wonderful food and service. Even the wedding planners remarked that they had never been to such a nice rehearsal dinner! I thank Senie and the wait staff for such a beautiful evening.
Had dinner with our friends and this was a perfect setting for conversation and great food! The service was remarkable and the wine list had anything you could ask for!!! We will certainly go back as we enjoyed everything about this restaurant!!! If you are in to Texas history this is the place to come and bring your out of town guests!
