Called in a delivery order tonight. My food was terrible. The burger was super dry and no flavor. And the potato tasted old. My husband called and complained and they offered to remake, which was fine but I don’t want it remade and then have it delivered again.... I wish it was made right the first time and something else was offered for the not so good food. super disappointed.

Said food would be here in 45 minutes ..1 hour and 15 minutes later food is still not here and says phone lines have been disconnected. Order was placed at 3:00 in the afternoon ...not a high volume time frame. Ridiculous

Will never order from them again. They refused to deliver my food after dark... I live in a neighborhood with an HPD safety award... And it's not dark outside. Grow some balls steak out.

Ms Pierce, I'm very sorry that you're not happy with us. There are some places that we don't deliver after dark for the safety of our drivers. Unfortunately a few can ruin it for many. We're always willing to reevaluate places that we don't deliver to. Please call the main office 256-880-7723 and ask to speak to a supervisor.
Phones are taken off the hook on a regular. They will be put back on the hooks (at 9:55pm)right before they leave for the night. It rarely happens during the daytime lunch hours- only in the evenings. So, whomever manages nights .....well i suppose they don’t want to make anymore money..literally.
