Customer service is always on point, i would know since i have been ordering from this store for as long as i can remember.
Called in a delivery order tonight. My food was terrible. The burger was super dry and no flavor. And the potato tasted old. My husband called and complained and they offered to remake, which was fine but I don’t want it remade and then have it delivered again.... I wish it was made right the first time and something else was offered for the not so good food. super disappointed.
To whoever has my order tonight: I hope you enjoy it! I will never pick up again without opening the bag to ensure I am getting the correct order.

Will never order from them again. They refused to deliver my food after dark... I live in a neighborhood with an HPD safety award... And it's not dark outside. Grow some balls steak out.

Ms Pierce, I'm very sorry that you're not happy with us. There are some places that we don't deliver after dark for the safety of our drivers. Unfortunately a few can ruin it for many. We're always willing to reevaluate places that we don't deliver to. Please call the main office 256-880-7723 and ask to speak to a supervisor.
