They were great to me told me 15 minutes but it was only 10 minutes and it was storming bad heavy rain and he delivered it to my car and went back in and got me some drinks! And it was cooked to perfection! Thanks steak out great service!
I ordered and they tell you 15 minutes but I waited over 30 minutes then had to ask for the rest of the kids meals. They were kids too preoccupied with playing than worrying about my food. Next time I'll pay half as much and go next door to jacks. People act like you don't have other options. I can survive eating g somewhere else. When I'm at work I go to whites burg location and they are very professional. All good workers!
Thanks for delivering my order to the wrong house and turning a household that was in a good mood to a real negative one, pretty much ruining the entire evening. Never ordering from you guys again. If there ever was a bad time to mess up my order, tonight was it. So much for me trying to do something nice for someone by ordering them food from you.
I love my food from all the steak-outs but this one won my stars. All 5 of them.
Love the staff and the delish food! Totes recommend it to any and everybody!
