2 Friday’s in a row I have spent over $60 each order just for me to explain to them how poorly my food was on the last visit, I requested for my ribeye a certain way just to get what they want me to have. I normally don’t complain but I stated on the phone that my order was wrong the last time and for it to be made correctly this time.. guess it doesn’t matter what you want you get what they deliver at your expense... that’s if they even answer the phone after 32 times
The employees are nice but the manager, Josh, is rude. He definitely needs etiquette/customer service training.
Said food would be here in 45 minutes ..1 hour and 15 minutes later food is still not here and says phone lines have been disconnected. Order was placed at 3:00 in the afternoon ...not a high volume time frame. Ridiculous
Phones are taken off the hook on a regular. They will be put back on the hooks (at 9:55pm)right before they leave for the night. It rarely happens during the daytime lunch hours- only in the evenings. So, whomever manages nights .....well i suppose they don’t want to make anymore money..literally.
I order the Parmesan Chicken, and I’m hooked! Excellent!!!!
idk wtf they done did in the kitchen but that food done fucked my stomach up 5 minutes after eating i had horrible stomach pains running to the toilet mothafuckin doodoo coming out like water running from the faucet 😩🤦🏽♀️ like i been straight as hell all day until i ate yall shit im over here fucked up 😭🚮
