We haven’t even ate yet, but “JO JO” has made our day with her upbeat personality! Will be back.
They are paying more attention to the stupid football game then what they are cooking..for like a half order of fries...shake is nowhere to be seen & the thing bob ordered doesn’t look at all what it’s supposed to .
Took too long for food to come out other servers walking around asked for a condiment young lady yelled for our server to bring it to us very unprofessional server ask for manager and the manager was nice they did comp off the food we’re not happy with in the past I have eaten here gotten very good service but service wasn’t very good this time not sure if I will return I have been in the food and beverage business for the last 31 years and I have never seen such unprofessional people ever

We took the girls (1 and 3 year olds) here for the first time, they loved it! Out waitress was Miss Jo, she was very attentive, always asking if we were ok, she didn’t get aggravated at the kids (which is awesome) and the girls had a great time eating and coloring, and of course the food was good, but it always makes things better when you’re waited on so well
Took forever for a waitress to come to the table to even take a drink order then when she did come she was super talkative and gave a spill about it being an OK job to have..another waiter brought food to table.. cold fries with a side of hair on my burger then took forever to get her attention to even send it back. Got a refill once the whole time we were there. My food was removed from bill tho it was only $6..not sure if it's cause of being busy or just an unorganized restaurant but servers just seem to be bouncing every ... read more
