Waited for over 45 minutes for our order food came out and was cold the only thing hot on the plate was the fries

Just left and have never had such poor service. Waitress was prompt about get our drinks and taking our order. Once the food arrived and she brought our ticket (at the same time) we never saw her again. And then had to wait to pay. Only became an issue when there was a line forming behind us.
I used to be an In N Out Burger fan on the West Coast, but Steak N Shake is by far the best fast food joint I've EVER been to. These burgers are better than anything I've ever had... <3
i sat in line for literallllllly 47 minutes....... with one car in front of me. it took 15 minutes for them to take my order & ive been sitting at the window for 17 minutes and no one has even taken my payment yet. absolutely ridiculous.
always go here when in pensacola wish there was one closer since i live in crestview
