Where's the health department when you need it. Waited for a few min to get a set. Persion came up and said how many about 15 feet away, didn't even come to the door. Sat us down. I with i did not have to put a star. The service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes just for drinks. Now we have been sitting here almost 2 hours and still waiting on my food and shakes. Literally the worst location ever!
Very disappointing. The fries were cold and hard and the milkshake was solid ice cream. They have really gone downhill in a short time.
Never enough help! We were first in line waiting for a seat and the people behind us got their orders taken before anyone came to our table. Serving milkshakes in styrofoam cups because they have no clean glasses? WHAT???? Our food better be hot and good or I am out of here! Ridiculous!
This place must have recently gone through some kind of major training and change... Normally, we have horrible service here and everything under the sun goes wrong. BUT the last few times we've been, its been like a whole new place! Our waitress was getting our drinks within the first 2 minutes, we ordered our food within the first 5 minutes, got our food about 8 minutes later, tasted AMAZING, and our waitress checked on us constantly. If you like to wait and have nothing to do come here you will do plenty of waiting and it's not 10-15 mins it's at least half an hour. The quality of the food doesn't depict that kind of wait.
