The value meal was great and arrived really quick. However we waited forever before a waitress came over to take our order. We were in the process of leaving when she noticed us and asked if we'd been helped yet. She apologized and explained it wasn't her section. The waiter who was in charge of that section was nowhere to be found. When he did show up he never even came and asked if everything was ok.
I am in town for work and visited this location for the first time ever mind you the girl that say us was nice and was off the clock we told them that there where more crews and the manger yelled well we are closing early for cleaning 15 mins later no order taken no drinks when the server was asked if he was going to take our order he said no he had out her tables and said he didn't care so we got up and left i don't know that I will ever return it's a shame case I was looking fowerd to the visit being my first time
Took too long to get served. Servers were very nice but food prep takes a long time.
If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor service tonight our waitress never came back and asked if we needed any refills or anything and i was brought the wrong food and when i told the manager that my order wasn't correct she got very nasty and told me to wait for our waitress
