Was there Friday night about 11 our server was awful could not get my order right for nothing it was dirty the guy cooking wasn't even I. A uniform my chili was cold as could be .... some one needed to call the health board on this place ... the male server thought he was a diva prancing around snapping his fingers ... I couldn't even get a fork .. I had two bites and was so discussed I payed the bill left no tip and got out of there... I will never go back there again filthy dirty rotten service #steakandshakeforestpark
Steak. n. shake has good food. however the forest park location totally sux. The wait time and the service is unreal. stay far away if you are hungry !
garlic steakburger with grilled onions & mushrooms was missing garlic, onions, and mushrooms. To go order brought home. Went back there since no one there would answer the phone.. Manager said they would remake my order. I asked for a complimentary hot fudge sundae ($2.49) while I wait. Manager got an attitude with me saying he was already comping my meal. Went to pick up the food that was ordered on the app and had received confirmation of a pick up time. Upon my arrival I was told the store was closed. I explained that we had placed the order and he manager said he saw the order and repeated it to me. He said they closed 4 hours prior and there was nothing he could do! He told us to call the number on the app and it was down for technical issues!! This is poor quality and poor management!!! This is the worst Steak ‘n Shake I have even been from the lack of any customer service to employees that are high on something to no one in the place giving a single crap about any customer. I will never be back to this place !
They have new management in the past 4 months this place has done a total turn around. Best waitress there super fast Cooks super fast service great food you guys got to give them another chance.
A little boggled... The last 2 times I have ordered a small chocolate shake it has tasted like chocolate banana... I have even had other people try it and they agree. My past two visits have been 4 months apart, at least. Is there something wrong with us? Do you even serve a chocolate banana shake?
