my 2 sons and I just waited 35 minutes for someone to take our order, they never did.. multiple other tables got seated, and served around us..they werent even busy.. when we eventually slowly walked out, trying to get someone at least make eye contact with us, none of the employees would even look in our direction..I shouldnt have to beg somone to take my order..maybe a district mgr or corporate should get involved

You should have a link on here where customers can message a district manager. I would say "store manager", but it wouldn't make a difference. ive talked to a different person who says they are the manager on 3 different occasions. It's just a filthy, dirty, slow playground with horrible service and the drive through has gotten our order wrong nearly every time. refused service on new year's night , supposed to be open 24 hrs
Slow, inadequate service; the restrooms were THE WORST/NASTIEST I’ve ever seen, and I used to be a truck driver, so I’ve seen some nasty ones. 5-6 tables sat with leftovers and dirty dishes on them the entire time we were there. The food tasted good, but I was left concerned about the overall hygiene and cleanliness.
had to check slow service because there wasn't a "no service button." There were at least 4 tables that had not been cleared off, the person who seated us never said a word just walked to a table and turned to look at us like ,what are you waiting for. Sat there for 10 minutes and no one every came to see if we wanted anything,. 4 teens walked in and the entire staff ran over to talk to them, laughing and carrying on like the were at a sports event. needless to say we walked out and will never return. no one ever said a word... read more
no mgr in sight, kids running the place... entertaining friends at the counter and ignoring patrons seated for food. We left and a family of 8 still had not been waited on and they were there when we walked in. I will not return.
Absolutely the worse service. I went inside and just got a milkshake,3 people who walk in after me got there food and milkshakes before and no one ask me what I waiting on, I waited 10 minutes on just a milkshake and then when I ask for my refund, they wouldn’t give it to me because there was no general manager on duty, then when I got my shake in was like water and melted, I will NEVER be back there and the manger on duty was useless and the waiter just complained the whole time.The place was NASTY on top of everything. the fact that you guys had absolutely no one in your dining room or your drive-thru and you still made me wait 20 minutes to the point where I had to walk out or I'd be late to work was completely uncalled for and bad service
