Frisco burger came lukewarm & missing the sauce! Cheese sauce was chunky & nasty - never will be back! Service was barely passable - our waitress was one who checked us out - she says "oh hi again" looks like she's gonna say something snarky - i just stared at her & she wisely shut up
Don't advertise open 24 hours when clearly your not! Then have employees hanging out in the parking lot shooing customers away when all your lights are on. Lights are on all night including drive thru! Cars in lot as well. Why aren't you open then?
The food was ok but the service was totally awful, never ask us if we need another drink either checking out if everything was ok, besides the server that take our order, 7 orders in total didn't even know where the food was going lol never going back to that location, for being at the state fair season I would expect some better other than dirty floors and flies all over the place, totally disgusted and 🤢 nasty 👎🏼The server need better training, by the way I work in the food industry in downtown Chicago for years so I kn... read more
This is by far the worst steak n shake we have eaten at! The place was so filthy your shoes would stick to the floor, bathrooms smelled so bad and the service was poor! Burger was good and the shake was alright, would of been better if it wasn't half melted! Thankfully we were just passing through so we won't ever be giving this place a second chance...
It was great! First time eating there. Would go again.
Stopped at this particular Steak 'n Shake for lunch b/c we were traveling back from TN to Iowa. Terrible food. Very small burgers barely covered half of my bread and my daughter's fries came out anemic (half fried) and my onion rings were so greasy. Also, we arrived after the mad lunch rush and it still took forever to get our food.
