went to the drive up window and waited almost 30 mins for one burger and fries and 2 milkshakes. wont be back to this location. not the first time this has happened. not looking for free food. just hoping this location gets it together.
This place is a joke! Tried going Thursday night drive thru and Lobby were both closed. Just tried going again tonight and they closed drive thru as soon as we tried to order with 3 other cars ahead. I've given up on night service, however morning/day shift is awesome 5 stars for them!

Advertises 24-hour service—even right here on their Facebook page—but I have not seen this location open past 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. in the past decade. Drive through commonly misses items or confuses instructions in orders. Otherwise, like any other area Steak ’n Shake.
I really could do 0 stars. Lights are on inside and out. Nobody there, doors locked. Hours on door stating open. Did you close?
My husband waited for 10 minutes for someone to take his order, several people in front of him complained about service including rude service in drive thru. Our food was STONE cold.
Horrible! Our fries were so soaked in grease they were translucent! We asked for fresh and our waitress was fine about it, but we had to listen to the cooks talk bad about us from across the restaurant for several minutes! Ridiculous! Plus the place is disgusting! Everything is dirty and sticky. Our mustard was so clogged and dirty we had to search other tables for one that worked! Just foul! Do not go here!
Food was cold. Cheese sauce was cold. Waited in drive thru for 10 to 15 mins. Then got the wrong order. Go back and i get shit.
