Got here at 12:20 ordered our shakes.. after they got to table we ordered our meal.. Waitress messed up the order.. Name was Amanda V.. My husband did not get his food when the rest of us were served.. she said it would be right up.. we left at 1:30 and took his meal to go.. Steak N shake has good food but they seem to NEVER be able to get it right or out in a timely manner
I don't reccomend going here at all! The night manager/shift supervisor is extremely rude as are some of the other employees. He was all angry at us for apparently taking too long to decide what we wanted. Made a rude comment. One of my family members went inside to complain after an altercation at the drive through and caught them all laughing about it. We had asked for a correction to our order and my husband was pulling out a $5 bill to pay for the bigger size drink when they handed the "corrected" one our the window at h... read more
A very hospitable place and a great place to eat
Just left restaurant after sitting for 20 minutes without being greeted or getting a drink order placed. Remember the restaurant being fantastic when Steller (parents) ran the business.
