The worst Steak ‘n Shake I’ve ever been to! Major disappointment😞
Considering this is a 24 hour location I was caught off guard when someone ran to the door to yell “we are closed” and locked the door.
Terrible...cold food...you call them fries? The only saving grace was that the shakes were amazing! The manager did give us half our money back.
3184 S Dirksen pkwy was awful they messed up my food. And never came around to see how everything was and so I walked to the manager who was also our waitress and said to take my food off our bill. She didn't seem to care at all.
Our server jill was very nice but the kitchen messed up my fries and instead of remaking them they put the seasoning on the same fries.
