The food was good. Service is different but ok. Not liking the order at the counter but it is ok.
Since when do you have to stand in line to order food at a Steak 'n Shake? Have to stand in a long line again to get shakes. They dont carry baked beans either. Nor do they have coloring pages for kids.
Where do I begin? Stood in line 15 minutes. All tables were taken and the ones that wasn't, was dirty. Food came out one at a time, after sitting and waiting 33 minutes, so by the time the last one came out everyone else had eaten. Got 3 out of the 4 orders wrong, but my son's was one that we couldn't "fix" or just eat. His burger was supposed to be mustard only, came dripping with ketchup and mayo. Told the only server there and she then said "it will be at least 30 minutes before you can get another one"!!????? This place ... read more
