They no longer take orders at your table so you have to stand in line to get food then worry about if you have a seat to go to. Also food quality does not seem very good compared to when they first opened up. Also doesn’t help when there was hair in my wife’s burger she ordered. Not recommended.
How could they improve? Well i'd be sitting here for days...maybe months telling you how this joke of a "Steak 'n Shake" could improve...an absolute disgrace to the name. CLOSE. Save others the trouble of having to witness such a dump. Get it together.
Not only was our order messed up but there wasnt a serve to be seen. he delivered our food and then disappeared. we cant even get our check. sone lady working here keeps yelling asking where her servers are. I asked two people for the cheddar bacon for my fries and after waiting 20+ minutes amd it never coming we were ready to leave. Fried chicken salad absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was old and soggy😤never again will I eat there!
Sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. And they have a curb so you can’t get out. The person in front of me was driving a truck so he drove over the curb because it was taking SO LONG!!! What is the problem?? That was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. ALSO! The patties are thin, the lettuce is thicker than the meat. 0/10 would not recommend
Family purchased multiple shakes and 2 of the 4 were contaminated with peanut butter residue. If anyone in my family were allergic, could cause severe reactions. Need to clean up there act. Waiters and waitresses took care of the issues and were very attentive but kitchen not sanitary at all.
Waited to be seated in a half empty restaurant with no one talking to us for quite some time. Finally gave up and left. This is the second time we have tried this location. Thought it would be different since it was a relatively slow time. Nope.
Awful. Disgraceful service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
