absolutely ridiculous customer service and wait times at the pooler location tonight. it took us an hr to get our food, and we still left a fry and a drink short. the only person who helped us with anything was the cook who was new. the counter person completely left him to sink by himself and went outside to get high with his friends instead. the manager didnt bother to help him get caught up or see to care counter person just left him. why is it the only person left in the building is the cook, and hes the one coming out t... read more
ordered strawberry cheesecake shakr..and there was peanut butter pieces in it. they remade it and I tasted mint in it. they need to clean between shakes better.
place was nasty with sticky floors, restrooms were awful and smelly, they took forever to give us our order. pretty disappointed
To be honest I was satisfied with the food but it was the service and server that was the problem. After waiting for what seemed like forever for our drinks the glass I had was dirty and because the server never bothered to come back to check on us I had to go up to the counter for another drink. The only time the server ever returned to the table was to bring the food. When we wanted refills we had to carry the glass to the counter. Waited forever to order, then had to follow someone around to get the drinks that never came, the drinks were wrong, waited over a half an hour for the food and it was cold and terrible. Not one employee seem to care and they all appeared to be lounging around. You I would think they could have accidentally done something right.
We waited 15 minutes and had to flag someone to even get a drink order. After 45 minutes- no food, no milkshake, other families had left, and the manager/shift supervisor was no longer visible.
The food was good, I give it that. Once food is delivered be prepared to ask for your silverware, napkins, and your drink unless you order a milkshake. While waiting I also noticed several employees seemed to have a "don't care" body language & expression. The booths remained nasty and the floor underneath were not being swept. I don't think we'll be going back there.
No longer have service at the table. Came into the restaurant at 2:30pm on a Thursday and there was not a single clean table in the restaurant. I will not return to the Pooler Ga restaurant ever again.
I just left here due to drive thru not working I had to order inside. I dont know when was the last time it was cleaned but the floors and tables were dirty. Food on the floor and where you get your fountain drinks there was so much ice piled up on the rack it was falling on the floor. There was even a worker there that looked like her hair had never seen a brush and it looked like my little daughter when she wakes up in the morning.
