service is slow really slow 20 minutes at the drive threw no one took my order this is the 3rd time in a month
Took forever to get our food just for it to be wrong. Now waiting even longer.
Waited over 30 mins for one meal then got to the window gave us the wrong order, wrong drink. charged us for the wrong order. had to ask to get it fixed. Lady in the window seemed like she had an attitude. Should ask your customers there order before cashing them out!
Slowest drive thru ever been in the drive thru for an hour. Literally. And you can’t leave because you’re trapped in by a curb. Then didn’t even get the right shakes.

If I could give it 1/2 a star I would. Food took forever and my order was wrong they replaced it after the man working the grill lost his mind on multiple workers about why so many orders were wrong and how was he supposed to know what this burger was. I normally LOVE Steak n Shake but this place was AWFUL and what happened to waitresses this quick order business is no good it’s not McDonald’s. food was ok. Been awhile since I've been there. Had to stand at counter and order..... wth. They used to have waitresses and food came out much faster back then. This time stood in line, order and had to wait 15-20 min for food to come out and it wasn't as good as I remember. Bottom line I don't see steak n shake lasting long with this model. very disappointing experience.
The manager was there off duty catching up on some paper work and came over and thanked me for coming in. Really nice place. A lot better than ours.
