Usually the food isn't too bad at this location. But tonight my burger was soggy the tomatoes very mushy just didn't have the level of quality I have come to expect. Also the amount of meat on my Taco salad was a complete joke it had like 2 tablespoons on the whole thing.
The burgers and fries were fine but service was extremely slow. I ordered a strawberry shake to go and after waiting 20-25 min we got up to leave. Finally they gave us the shake but once we got back on the road I noticed it was a vanilla shake. I was so mad for waiting that long then given the wrong shake. Since we were on a long road trip, we didn't turn around to get reimbursed.

I have never been so unsatisfied with an establishment in my life. Please explain to me how it takes 30 minutes to make 2 shakes and an hour to get 3 meals? When we asked for our food to go because we needed to get our kid ready for bed (we didn't expect to wait an hour for our food) they gave us cold fries. Seriously? So we waited again. I went to pay and sat at the counter for 7 minutes before anyone even noticed I was there. Poor costumer service, and then they even shorted us a order of fries. I'd like to thank the young man for the wonderful service and kindness that he showed our family today; from the moment we walked in, to taking our order, serving our food, checking back on us, until we walked out the door. Enjoy the bow, a token of our appreciation.
The food and service was good. But for some reason it was decorated like Halloween. Strange, considering it's August.
In my 7 year old son's words "pretty girls hamburgers and ice cream sandwiches what more could you want" lol
I'm from Illinois and was on vacation and stopped in for lunch . It was good service. They were busy but got to us in a fashionable manner.
Took over 35 minutes and 3 requests (2 from manager blake) to get my 3 year old her mac n cheese. When we finally got it we didnt understand we she wasnt eating it until my 5 yo son took a bite and said "why is this cold?" (It took 30 min to get his). The rest of the family had finished eating ling before theirs arrived. Not a good idea to disappoint the kids! They are the only reason we eat there in the first place!
