The only reason I give a 2 is because there is one waitress,Donna, who is amazing and does great when we get to have her as our waitresd. This past Saturday we went in were seated with maybe 4 other tables so they were not busy. We sat at our table for 20min with not 1 person coming to even take a drink order. We got up and left without one single employee saying a word or even noticing. My kiddos love steak n shake and it's pitiful that you need 2 hours to be able to dine here. Steak 'n Shake is my husband's favorite place to eat... so we go. Service is always slow, food is mediocre at best, and we can never find a server when we need one. They dump your ticket on the table as soon as they bring your food and disappear. We always have to hunt someone down to get a to-go box, or god forbid we want to add a shake at the end of our meal (insert eye roll here)....
Well the cook sent me out biscuits hard as a rock.then the mgr redid it and again could not get it right huh so retrain you people over all brk was ok.
Service was terrible. Our table was dirty so my husband asked for them to wipe it off and was ignored. When he asked again, she wiped off one little area where he was sitting. My husband ordered his hash browns well done and of course, they were not. He sent them back and did not get them back until he was finished with the rest of his breakfast.
Everything was great good burgers and fries the smores shake was Awesome best part was our waitress Cheyenne really nice girl very friendly and good service.
Worst experience ever! We were served on not one but two dirty plates. Waitress got drink wrong... She forgot our fries. She put cheese on our fries and put mayo on the hamburger we ordered with no mayo. We will never go here agAin!
The burgers was a little on the small but they were good 😊
Service was very good and food was great as normal. They checked back at least 3 times and even made me a Pepsi to go. Wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi.
