Stood at the door with my family of five for 10 mins while all the employees walked around with their heads down and talking amongst themselves. There was only one other group in front of us that they took forever to move 4 tables together for them.
Worst service. Melted shakes way after ordered. Did not get our food right. Small portions. $4 meal looked like my regular meal. Huh? Shakes was delivered upon paying out, very late, melted by the way. Wasn't given a discount as it took 4 people to figure out their register, stood there, and stood there, while daughter waited in car with 3 cranky kids, because well, they left without their shakes, and we had to stand there, at the register FOREVER.. No problems. Service was good. Food came out quickly and was typical Steak 'n Shake quality prepared as ordered.
Best service food was great and everyone there was friendly
Server was a very sweet guy. He was apologetic that it was taking so long. Burger & fries were great! We weren't given any napkins which seems typical of all Steak 'n Shake restaurants. Overall good visit.
Our waiter Josh was terrific! The food was GREAT!
Worst service ever! Been sitting at my table for 20 minutes waiting on a refill and others in my group go their food after me but never got their drinks. My garlic burger had no garlic and my Parmesan fries had no Parmesan. Anita's ordered parmesan fries and only got fries. Worst service ever. I will not be back to this location.
Good food but crappy service. After we got our food never saw the waitress again.
Service was horrible and everything we had was bad. Root beer was flat and hardly any ice fries were unseasoned and super greasy. To to it off our burgers were made poorly and was so dry and over cooked couldn't finish then either.
