We seem to have more problems here then at every other steaknshake the waitress never can get our orders right here ? Maybe because they are to busy worrying about there friends that are hanging out in the Resturant instead of the paying customer. ( just seems to be the trend when we visit). I have yet to come here and not have to ask for something fixed or refills or just basic service.tired of crap service and food not being correctly placed after ordering.

I was upset tonight... when I sat down to eat, and the placemat they put in front of me showed caramel apple shakes. I ordered one... and the waiter said they were no longer available... then don't show me a picture lol... other than that, the food was great!
