P I would rate it a 0 if I could. Agree that stc is totally unprofessional. I'm a tenant at seasons plaza which they manage. They are just keep setting rules to give tenants hard time. They try to make everything legitimate but they also having conflict of interest with the tenant at the same time. They host event at the plaza without notifying tenants and the event is obviously having conflict of interest with my business. They don't listen even I complaint to them. STC is a very unprofessional company. If you are looking for some place to rent, don't go to any plaza that is under STC management, or else you will suffer for the whole leasing term.. If they hate you, they will try to make every effort to hurt your business, even conflict of interest.. My business is there for almost 5 years and the plaza was not under stc at the time we signed the lease agreement.. After stc takes over it, they start giving us hard time for all these years...
Once want to summer camp with STC management ~ one of the best camping trip... Thanks for a wonderful summer...
I disagree with the first review-I do not highly recommend. I believe this company is very unprofessional and they have their own interests at heart. The previous reviewer pretty much summed it up when he said that STC is the biggest amongst the Chinese-meaning STC is only recommended if you are of Chinese descent.
