P I would rate it a 0 if I could. Agree that stc is totally unprofessional. I'm a tenant at seasons plaza which they manage. They are just keep setting rules to give tenants hard time. They try to make everything legitimate but they also having conflict of interest with the tenant at the same time. They host event at the plaza without notifying tenants and the event is obviously having conflict of interest with my business. They don't listen even I complaint to them. Highly recommand STC Management is the biggest property manage company among Chinese people. They have the special access of all kind of property. The president of STC- John Hsu is very kind
I disagree with the first review-I do not highly recommend. I believe this company is very unprofessional and they have their own interests at heart. The previous reviewer pretty much summed it up when he said that STC is the biggest amongst the Chinese-meaning STC is only recommended if you are of Chinese descent. Beware of this company.
They have not been responsive. They are not doing their jobs in making sure the community areas are secure. They haven’t fixed the damages and landscape for at least 6 months. I’ve been trying to get them to take action for about trespassers about a month now and they have not done anything to rectify the issues!
