My daughter and l had a trip planned to sunny San Diego to get out of the rain but her flight from Portland was canceled and then my flight from Sacramento was canceled because of the storm. I immediately called the hotel to cancel my reservation but instead of doing the decent thing and cutting me a break on a weather related cancellation they charged me a hefty $222 cancellation fee. I loved it, clean and brought my own poop bags for my furs babies every where I go and just wishes for everyone else do the same!
