I've literally never had a worse hotel experience...When we checked in the blonde at the desk had 4 group of people waiting then proceeded to talk back when we asked her to get her manager. She storms off to the back and still comes back with no one. It then takes another 30 minutes to check one family in. She was genuinely just horrible. In the room...we had a pull out bed in the living room and had to ask 3 time's for a blanket for it even. Parking is a mess. Not enough parking spaces for the guests. People take up two spaces and they do nothing about it.
