The staff are so amazing. Carolina and Naomi are incredible, they went above and beyond to help me out. The customer service they provide is better than most luxury places. Trust me you are in amazing hands. I would pick it over anything else in the area.
Suite had 2 rooms and a kitchen with stove top, full sized frig, microwave and dishwasher. Nice for longer stay.
Phone menu is broken. Cannot reach the front desk on the phone. I have spent probably six months cumulatively at this hotel over the last few years. My only real complaint is that two of the washers broke last year and they are still not functioning. This leaves two functional washers for the whole hotel. When it is crowded it means waiting for a washer. Not really awful but you wonder what other infrastructure has been neglected.
While this is an extended stay hotel the rooms are tiny which would make staying here for any real length of time just awful. When I came they were in the middle of a transfer of ownership so they were also short staffed which made getting things done slow. The staff was super friendly and very helpful just not enough of them to get through everything. The location was great felt like we were in the middle of everything we needed and things like food and costco were within walking distance.
