I picked this particular location because of its proximity to the attractions I frequent in the Brickell area. Nuovo properties charged me the full amount for my stay at this particular location and informed me weeks later that the room I booked would not be available. I requested my money refunded and they refused instead offering me lodging in an inferior hotel 25 minutes away from the area in Coral Gables. These guys are crooks

It is so embarrassing having a company like this exist... For starters you never reply to anything, no emails, phone calls.. ANYTHING! Took me 4 months to get in touch with them and we already had booked a place, then I was able to finally get a week at Vue32 in Philadelphia. I had trouble getting into the building, the apartment was extremely gross (I had to re-wash everything). I booked through Agoda, and the hotel cancelled me as I was flying out only 5 hours before check in. I had booked a month in advance and communicated with the hotel numerous times. This has caused me to have to find somewhere that now costs substantially more, because it is the day of booking. The apartments did not answer their phone while this was going on, and while it was going on they told Agoda that they were overbooked. Illegally Renting Apartments in Doral - CAUTION! Nuovo is renting apartments at the Manor and other Doral locations that do NOT allow short-term or vacation rentals. This is an apartment building renting with background checks and the leases do not permit sub-leasing. The City of Doral Code Compliance is investigating these rentals.
