Initially, my care was positive and staff interactions were professional and reassuring. However, over time, communication issues became significant and concerning. There appeared to be assumptions made about my status as a patient that were never clearly communicated to me and did not align with my understanding or actions. Ms. Brandi is kind, patient, supportive, and encouraging. She's knowledgeable about her craft and discusses options and suggestions with you. I've had other providers tell me not to listen when adjusting meds. I feel she's one of the best in Tallahassee. I would recommend making an appointment with her and you will be well taken care of. And, her staff are patient and kind as well.
