These guys are thieves and jerks. If a place is not Better Business rated, that is a warning. They tried to strong arm me into using their website to pay. This is American, not communist China. Noone has a right to do that. Copperhill also did that and tore up my cashier's checks. They exert to much over the resident instead of just being happy for those who pay their bill. I waited 6 weeks to get my apt sprayed an the place was badly infested. They don't spend the funds for repairs but wills sure manufacture lies.
