My daughter has been trying to rent a storage unit here for a month. No one ever answers the phone and no one is in the office when we stop by during the listed business hours. She has left messages and they don’t return her calls. Very aggravating! I’m the one who recommended she rent here—I have had a storage unit for several years at this location. Excellent service. Incredible family owned business. Easy access, and super clean facilities.
Not a lot of places offer such large storage units at such affordable prices.
I have been using this place for about 2 1/2 years. I like it here. They don't really seem to keep the 2nd floor temp down. You can be up there for more then 10 minutes. So when they say temp controller. Make sure you are inly on the main floor. You will have issues with highend wood furniture. It gets way to hot up there. The elevator is a joke though. It now has a un-even lip when you get in and outnon the 2nd floor and it makes it hard to bring the cart into the elevator and can cause you to damage your things, so be care... read more
