They gave us a very run down unit which was bad enough. But the worst thing for me was the staff accommodation. They are extremely nice and gracious when you are signing, but after that they pretty much forget about you once you become a resident. And they are not willing to work with you at all. It's like the tenant's are not taken seriously because they are students. I had to get my parents involved in a situation just for them to properly address my issue and even take me seriously.
It's always a delight to work with The Reserve and to DJ at their events! I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!
I've been at the reserves for almost two years now. The apartments themselves are nice, but we have had a wasp infestation for a month and a half now. The maintenance staff have tried spraying numerous times, only to see the wasps return! Y'all need professional pest control, this is becoming ridiculous.
Everyone working here is super friendly and will help you out with whatever you need. I loved my apartment while I was living here, and when I needed someone to take over my lease Mario (the manager) went above and beyond in making it happen. Thanks guys!
