I just want to put it out there that they pay their residents to leave good reviews on their website. So there's that. Also, they are actively campaigning with their residents to leave positive reviews in order to get entered to win a $500 gift card that somebody will sadly never receive like all of their other gift card promotions. Very close to the campus. And the room is nice despite the space is limited. Kitchen is also. By the way, I like free T-shirt
Unfortunately, this complex charges ridiculous and BOGUS "cleaning" fees after you move out to try and get every penny they can out of you. Even if you left your apartment SPOTLESS and kept pictures as record, the complex management will still try to scam you out of your money. Do NOT live here.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I was asked to move to a different apartment two separate times not including my original apartment. So that means 2 apartments in 6 months. They didn’t have my apartment ready for both moves and their staff is very disrespectful. Place is a total joke, only thing that is nice is the price. The staff is very disrespectful and is a bunch of college kids trying to run the place. Maintenance is awful as well, waited almost 3 week each time myself or a roommate had an issue. No one on staff knows how to properly deal with an issue, and have no problem giving you and attitude or making you feel like an idiot.
