Please make sure that you know what you are getting into prior to signing your lease. If you have a change of mind the lease does not accommodate for that..even if you don't move in. When you have students coming from all over the country you have to expect changes but what I did not expect was to be "strong armed" by the staff. This place is great! It is truly all inclusive so I don't have to worry about any bills and there's no caps! The price is very reasonable with everything that's included and the rooms are a great size. I've never had a problem with the staff and they always make sure residents are happy. Best thing is there's free coffee and candy in the office! Definitely recommend this place!!

I lived here for two years and I can say I was definitely satisfied with my time there. While every student-oriented apartment complex has its pros and cons, in my opinion The Reserves is one of the better ones. While maybe on the pricier end, the amenities and convenience are worth it. The manager, Mario, is always very helpful. Sometimes the entry notices are posted later than 24 hours in advance, but I think that just depends on your building's community assistant. Overall, very welcoming, high quality, convenient student living very close to campus. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating and maintenance was usually prompt in completing service requests. The shuttle was very convenient, and the walk to campus was less than 7 blocks and took about 15 minutes, which was good when the weather was nice.
